Ever since the choker trend started I’d been looking for one and just a few days ago I found the perfect one. In this post I’ll be talking about how one piece of accessory can revolutionize your outfit. Not that I haven’t emphasized it before but thought I might as well dedicate an entire post to it.
Firstly, buy a piece of jewelry only when you feel you can’t do without it (I’d suggest the same for clothes and footwear too though). Like the title suggests the right accessory either seals the deal or breaks it. In case you’re an impulsive shopper, you might have to show a little patience here and not take the decision in a jiffy.
Secondly, don’t overdo it. You must accessorize your outfit to an extent where it doesn’t take away the limelight from you. After all, even if you’re wearing diamonds you’d not want them to overshadow your personality. It’s important for people to remember the person adorning a particular jewelry than the jewelry itself. Right? 😉
Thirdly, when wearing a particular outfit put some thought into what accessory you’d want to pair with it. Whether you want the outfit or the accessory to be the highlight. In case you’re confused or don’t have enough patience to think about the same or for that matter for the days when there is a paucity of time you got to keep one thing in mind, “Less is More”.
Lastly, don’t restrict yourself to a particular style of jewelry. Experiment with them. If you are fond of keeping a collection then you know what I am talking about, if not the basics are always at your rescue.
