I cannot thank my mom enough for suggesting this title to me. It was one of those rare days when I couldn’t think of a title for my blog post. Usually, while I am shooting for the look I know what title I’d give it. I am super glad for not being able to come up with a title because my mom came up with a perfect one.
I’d been meaning to do this look for quite sometime but I wanted it to be different and comfortable at the same time. I am delighted to have fulfilled both my requirements. *ting*
I am wearing the dungaree dress with a rust color printed cotton kurta!!!!!! For all those wondering about the heat because of the layering in this ensemble, you needn’t worry about that because cotton is the most comfortable fabric for summers or for that matter any weather. For those wondering, why a kurta?! Well, that’s because I always wanted to put this look together. It’s not something completely out of the box but it’s a very easygoing outfit!
Along with the kurta, the sandals and my jewelry too is ethnic. I wanted to add a desi tadka to this outfit. That is how it is the perfect blend of East ‘n’ West! Isn’t it? 😀

Just love the composition of this shot also it gives glimpse of my most favorite earrings.
Emphasize on looking smart and elegant, that certainly lasts longer than beauty.
A good hair day it was.
Just.
